On the 18th May 2022 We were finally able to hold our Mansion House banquet after the 2 previous years that were disrupted by the covid virus. The South East London cadet force formed the guard of honour and looked very impressive. A delicious dinner was enjoyed by all and after dinner Sir William Russell responded to the civic toast . Court assistant Stephen Callow presented a cheque from the NTDA North West region which was very gratefully received by The Master Elliott Porte. Liveryman Roger Griggs was presented with a Corporate affiliation certificate for European Tyre Enterprises, our first Corporate affiliation member ! Finally, Lord Mountevans gave an interesting speech on behalf of the guests. This was a very enjoyable evening and it felt that life was returning to normal after the pandemic, as we finally returned to Mansion House.
