Fellowship is an important part of the Wheelwright’s ethos. The Company organizes a wide range of formal and informal social activities, as well as participating in inter-livery sporting activities
Social Events
The Company holds a number of formal functions every year; typically four dinners (including one at the Mansion House) and a lunch. These events form the core of the social programme.
The Livery Committee arranges a number of informal activities, which range from talks on topics of current interest through to wine tastings (online, during the pandemic) and tours of the the City.
The Events section of the site contains a full list of the currently planned events.

Inter-Livery Sports
Inter-livery sports competitions have become increasingly popular. And, pre-pandemic, the Company has been an active participant in the skiing and other events.
Skiing
The Inter-Livery Skiing Championship is normally held during January in Morzine, France.
Whilst lockdown meant the 2021 event had to be cancelled, we look forward to retuning in 2022!

Other Sports
The Company also participates in the Inter-Livery clay shooting, and members are planning to participate in the inter-livery golf competition, the NTDA golf day and the inter-livery sailing (held at Cowes in September).
